Being a fully fledged Mortgage Originator/Manager, we don't broker out your loan by introducing it to just any lending institution and forget you. Instead we source funds from a variety of major institutions that don't lend direct to the public. For this Australian Lending Services is required to and is responsible for the day to day management of your loan facility. This means we're here to help with all your needs from periodical statements, extra payments or redraws, further advances or restructurings, through to a simple change of address.

For your piece of mind we insist that rather than having a bank or lending institution entirely controlling your loan, a Trustee independent of all of us is involved as your mortgagee to always protect your position.
